Vintage Solid Brass Trinket Box with Floral Enameled Lid Could Be Cloisonné

This solid brass trinket box is in very good condition except for the different coloring on the metal that can be seen in pictures. I was told by the previous owner that it was cloisonné but the paint is so thick that it is hard to tell. The measurements are: round 4" high 2"
