Vintage sleeveless v-neck wiggle dress with attached panel that wraps back to form belt. In a shimmery green and black knit fabric. There is some stretch. No makers label or size tag, but does have ILGWU tag. Measured flat. Bust: 17” Waist: 13” Hip: 17” Length: 37”
