Adorable vintage sailor style dress featuring a red tie and drop waist blue skirt. Very good condition! Size 2T. Measures approximately 11 and a half inches pit to pit, 15 inches shoulder to hem and it looks like the hem was taken up, so there's about 3 inches of hem on the inside that could be let down for added length.
