Russian Faberge style Egg Charm with a cross and jewelers enamel and sterling silver. I can see the marking 925 and think the other mark has to do with being from Kiev. If you know about this piece, please share in the comments. I bought a few them with different designs in the 90’s because they are beautiful but have no idea of the history. There’s one listed on eBay for $400 but that seems super high to me.
