Vintage Red Gwenn Pennington Derby Hat with Feather 22"

A delightful red plush (seems like wool) derby style hat by Gwenn Pennington. Adorned with a single feather that wraps itself around the hat (feather backed with red felt). Marked as 22" which works out to be about a size 7 medium. Comes with the original hat box which is 11" in diameter. The inside is marked: Milady, Imported Body Made in the United Kingdom. Some very slight wear on inside of brim.
