Vintage Rare Editions Floral White Smocked Lace Blouse

Reposhing from @thriftykenzy bought in a show and doesn’t fit right :( EXCELLENT material and absolutely adorable, says size 14 but i would say small though there is stretch since the back is fully smocked. vintage and like new condition with absolutely no flaws i am open to offers and feel free to ask any questions!
