Vintage Rare 20" 1996 Hello Kitty Chinese New Year Plush

Hello Kitty is dressed up in a very cute Asian inspired outfit. She is 20” tall. From 1996. Was not played with and only displayed. Please view all the pictures before purchasing. There is an orange stain behind her ear and maybe a few tiny specks of dirt, but I was able to remove most of tiny specks, see pictures 5 and 6. I do not know what the orange stain is and I don’t know how to remove it. She is in pretty good condition for something that is 25 years old. Comes with a Sanrio see through bag, see last picture.
