Vintage Rafael Wool Pencil Skirt

I almost kept this for myself! The darts on the waistband give this garment a unique silhouette, very flattering! The fabric is extremely soft and pretty light so this would make a nice Spring or Fall skirt. It's in excellent condition for the age, no noted flaws. Size reads 14 but it fits like a modern 6. 15" waist 25" length Freshly dry cleaned! Model is 5'10" 38" hips 29" waist
