Item details Vintage Materials: Stoneware, Pottery Description I'm pleased to offer this set of 4 vintage dinner plates. These beautiful blue and white plates were made by the Italian Ceramics Company in their Blue Original Fruits pattern. These Four plates (La Pèche, Grenade, Prune Royale and Cerisier Royal) are decorated in their individual fruit, with a leaf and berry design on the outer well edge, each of 5 different fruits displayed on the lip, and a wide and pretty blue rim that has three overlapping points and variation in the coloring. In addition to these four fruits there is one more I’ve yet to identify…You certainly could enjoy collecting the other plate! Sometimes the biggest thrill is the hunt. Pictures Note: These plates have very fine crazing that I tried to capture in photographs. I believe it adds to the charm and makes them appear even more vintage. The color blue is bright and exquisite. Language Note: Although made in Italy, these fruit names on the plate are in French.
