Vintage Victorian style pressed flower scarf clip. Silver-tone twisted rope style border. Callouts: some metal damage on the front, the back has dulling of the metal. I have seen this before when a chemical was used to clean, but it wasn’t compatible with the metal. Please review the video. She is a beautiful piece. The orange and flowers are eye catching.
