Vintage Praying Holy Mackerel Christmas Ornament Fish Moving Tail Heavy 2000 BIL

This is a vintage Holy Mackerel praying fish Christmas tree ornament. It is quite heavy for a small ornament. The tail swings back and forth. On the back you can see the year 2000 in which it was crafted and the initials which I think are B.I.L. The i and l and hard to differentiate so I’m not positive on them. It’s in very good condition for its age. Minimal scuffs from use. I don’t see anything broken or chipped. It does have the date 14 2004 written in ink under its robe by the tail.
