These are extremely fantastically awesome. True vintage, they boast a shiny black vinyl with a blue suede front and side. The inside of the heels have a torn spot on each one (4th photo). The bottoms and interiors have wear. Please see photos for condition. These are slip-on and have an elastic band for comfort. I'm going with 60's or 70's...
