Vintage Parisian Uniform Style Dress

This dress is so cute! It’s all one dress. I’m almost perfect vintage condition. Purchased at a vintage shop in Paris. Adorable and unique! Would best sit a small/extra small. Please note the color in the first photo of the sleeves is due to lighting! The sleeves are clean white (see additional photos)
