Vintage Our Girl by Healthtex Best Dressed Penguin Sweatshirt. Girls size 12, but definitely fits smaller (see photos for measurements; pictured on my petite 10 year old so I'd say best for 6/7 and up, especially if you want to wear oversized at first). USA made. Purchased new without tags (NWOT) and worn a few times. Inside is still super soft and feels like new, but does have a few marks (see last two photos; untreated).
