Vintage One Main Place by Lorch Blouse

This blouse is amazing! Not sure if it’s ever been worn. Those little light puff shoulders. Beautiful! I’m not positive but I think it’s polyester. Guessing size 3/4. 13 1/2 in - shoulder to shoulder where it meets the puff 18in - underarm to underarm 18in - across waist Please look at pics for any wear.
