melscloset414 @lulugirl333 hey!! sorry this slipped away from me. I added a picture for the inner measurement. It is approximately 29 inches. I am not sure exactly what year they are from based off the tags. They seem to be in great condition except for the worn down elastic of the inner layer as I said in the description. Hope this helps!
