Vintage Norman Wiatt Knits Button down Dress 1970s

Cute 1970s dress with a button down front. There are side pockets with a decorative button flap. Flap on one side is sewn down and the other side isn't. Unsure of material but guessing it is a medium weight cotton polyester blend. No stretch to it. No size tag but it fits an 8/10. This looks so cute on! MEASUREMENTS while buttoned - across chest 20" -waist 18.5" -length from top of shoulder to bottom of dress 40"
