Vintage NINA RICCI stretch belt RARE

Great collectors item, although I wish I'd taken better care of its storage. I have had this since the late 70s, and it must be a small, if not extra small. Sizing says 46/115? Lots of other numbers back there too. The stretch part is black, and at the waist where it hooks it has hunter green suede and black patent leather. A gold 'NR' sits at center bow. Issues are shown in last pic. Top of stretchy few long thread strands pulling apart, couple picks, part of patent leather slightly bent.
