This is a vintage 1961 Mr. Barney’s Beard hardcover children’s book with dust jacket by Sydney Taylor. Illustrated by Charles Geer. A Follett Beginning To Read Book. Level One. This has the normal wear from age and use. The cover and dust jacket have some edge and corner wear. Front of dust jacket has a small tear on bottom edge. There are some marks along the front cover spine area and back cover on actual book. Some age discoloration on inside area of dust jacket. The binding is solid. The inner reading pages are fairly clean and overall in very good condition. Some little marks here and there, but overall no major writing or tears on them.
