Vintage Morgan de Toi knee-length skirt in black with cherry/gold trim - S/M

Vintage early 2000s / Y2K knee length skirt from French brand Morgan de Toi. Items from this period are often considered collectibles and I bought this new in about 2002! Like classic Morgan de Toi pieces from this time, it’s feminine with an edge. It’s black with cherry velvet trim and a gold band above that has pink and purple “XO”s written across it. There’s also a sexy side split. The skirt hugs you in all the right places but is light and not restrictive and looks amazing with boots or a strappy heel. There is no size tag but it has an elastic waist and a fair bit of give so I’d estimate it would fit a US2 - 6. I am a 2 currently and in this pic but when I bought it I was a 4-6 and it fitted well then too. Great condition with one flaw on inner stitching. The stitching is coming away at the top of the left side seam, spanning about two inches (see photos). You can’t see this at all when it’s on as it’s the inner stitching, but you will probably want to have re-sewn so it doesn’t come away further.
