Vintage Miss Oops California navy dress with white trim. Front shoulder has gathering. Has 5 white buttons down the left side. Buttons are functioning so can be opened up for higher slit. Comes with white tie belt. Waist has elastic. Tag is very faded so hard read size but measures like size small.
