Vintage Midi A Line Hand Made? Skirt Red Floral

Sweet Vintage Skirt No size tag so please remember that measurements are approximate and were taken with skirt lying flat on one side so please double: -Waist: 16 1/2' not stretched (33") - Bottom Hem: 44" across the front - Length: 26" down the front center seam ( There is an extra 1 1/2" that could be let out to make longer) The waistband is elastic and needs to be replaced in my opinion...feels a liitle loose like the elastic is wearing out, otherwise it is in Great pre-loved condition.
