Vintage Mary Quant Popsicle July 4th Tiered Top Size Small

Mary Quant popsicle/rocket/bomb pop red, white and blue cropped, tiered top with zippered side. No size tag but measurement indicate it's a size Small. Measurements Length: 19 inches Pit to Pit 13.5 inches Mary Quant was a British designer who was famous for her mod designs and short skirts. Twiggy was a fan. NOTE: There is a stain pattern on the back of the right side sleeve. I think it is from being stored next to another garment. Also there is a small hole in the seem under the last tier on the side but you can't see it bec. of the way the top is designed. The other tier covers it.
