Vintage Macy’s California fur vest shawl stole short cape

Beautiful vintage fur stole/vest. Not sure of the fur. Was told red fox or mink but I have no idea. It’s in pretty good condition for vintage. Seam is out in one area inside but it would be an easy fix. It is made like a vest but open sides like a cape. Not sure if it was altered or made this way. No size tag. I’m a 8/10 in coats and took pic with it on for reference and included pics with measurements. I’d say a medium. This was found in my grandmothers closet and she doesn’t even remember where it came from Has the feel of old Hollywood vintage
