This is a 1970s era Louis Vuitton Noe bag (before date codes). I bought this several years ago from the original owner and sent to LV to see if they could replace any of the hardware (they declined to do so given the age of the leather and concern about damaging the bag, but did authenticate it and sent it back to me with a branded dustbag). This is a great bag for someone who wants a vintage version! I have cleaned the canvas, hardware, and leather to the best of my ability.

toyat683 @amorrow_10 no just the dust bag. I am happy to share email communication with them regarding the repair request (leather replacement) I made (they did not repair it because they were concerned about causing too much damage to the canvas given its age)

amorrow_10 @toyat683 okay perfect, I would like to see the email, and as far as repair was there a particular spot that needed a repair, or were you looking to just upgrade a few things? It’s a gorgeous bag and from the pictures I can’t tell that there is anything wrong with it, besides age, which I adore the vintage.
