Vintage Lord & Taylor floral wrap dress

Lovely burgundy floral vintage cottagecore wrap dress by Lord & Taylor with a cute capelet back design. Y2K does 70s. Due to the wrap style, this can fit approximately an XS - M. My dress form has a 33in bust and 23in waist, for reference. When I first got the dress I had a 36in bust and 28in waist so I know it can fit at least up to those measurements. It’s about 44-45” long from shoulder to hem.
