Vintage Leviton Conch Sea Shell Lamp 10 In. Tall Tested Works MCM Cottagecore

In great condition - please see the last picture. There is a chip on the back. It isn't real noticeable and I almost missed it. Also a small chip on the back at the top, also almost missed it. With base it stands 10 inches tall and is approx. 8 inches wide. Tested and works, take a nightlight size bulb which is not included. I am unsure if this is made of a real shell or is man made. It is very realistic
