Vintage Layered Petticoat Womens Circle Skirt Vintage condition, many light stains on fabric, see photos for examples of condition. More light stains than shown in photos. See photos for measurements. Large circle skirt, appropriately 19" waist to hem edge. Elastic in waist no longer has elasticity, so waist is open and can be adjusted from 24" to 33". You can either clip it to size at back waist and give yourself a bustle, or it's easy to open up the tunnel at the waist and add your own new elastic to size. Material is very soft mesh, it is NOT a stiff scratchy tulle. Lace trim at bottom edge. Circle skirt construction. Please feel free to ask questions about size and condition.
