Vintage L.A GLO Halter Neck Dress

Needs a lot of work and love but has so much potential! I do not have the skill to fix her up but for someone who does this could be such a cute piece :) On the inside of the back of the dress, the tool is ripped. Not noticeable from the back unless you look under. There is staining on the inside where the pits are. I’ve had this dress washed but not professionally dry cleaned so the bow is wrinkled but can be steamed back into place. Make me an offer, Dm for more info.
