Vintage Katie MFG USA Union Made Black and White Polkadot Dress 4

This vintage dress by Katie MFG is in overall good vintage condition. It has 2 spots on the white polkadots as seen in photos as well as light discoloration under one arm. There are shoulder pads that can be left in or cut out. The collar is large—reminiscent of a sailor collar or something from Laura Ashley. Buttons down the front. Form fitting at the waist. 100% rayon. H Plokadot dresses always remind me of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. BUT, this style looks like something Julia Louis Dreyfus would wear as Elaine Benes in Seinfeld. Just add some chunky loafers with white socks and you can dance the night away at any party.
