Vintage Homer Laughlin Blue Willow 9.25" Luncheon Plate USA is in good vintage condition. There is one chip which is mostly on underside of rim but can be seen from top of you look very closely. There is slight vintage staining in both side but I have not tried to get out. There is a blue smudge from glazing? On one spot of rim. Please look at pictures carefully.
