Vintage Handmade Red Velvet Circle Skirt with Pockets size Small EUC

Vintage Handmade Red Velvet Circle Skirt with Pockets size Small Waist: 25” Hip: open Length: 25” I would have guessed it to be 50’s but it doesn’t have a metal zipper. Zipper could have also been replace at some point so I still strongly believe it to be a 1950’s skirt. Appears to be a handmade job with a clasp closure above the zipper. Features two hidden pockets on the sides. Lace was sewn on the inside hem to finish. Flaws; nothing visible. Excellent Used Condition Photographed with a crinoline; not included.
