Please see measurements below. - Coat is like a seersucker fabric, it is textured. The collar is velvet and the frog closures are made from velvet and satin cord. - Fully lined - Very good pre-owned condition; small hole in the lining under the armpit (see pictures) - GORGEOUS!!
