Beautiful vintage floral velvet midi skirt in orange and green hues against a black background. Skirt was likely custom made from top-quality heavy velvet with a beautiful nap. Dropped waist has a curved tulip shape in front that zips closed in back, a very full skirt with a silky black underskirt, and an interior waist belt that removes the weight of the fabric from the zipper when worn. Neatly executed French seams on the skirt's interior. Waist measures 13.5 inches across at the top and fits snugly through the 7-inch long dropped waist, then flares out in full gathers, so the hip measurement is free.
