Vintage Floral Patterned Skirt

Vintage Floral-Patterned Skirt. Maybe velvet, maybe velour. No tags - guessing hand made. Guessing the zipper and hook and loop should go to the side or to the back (with out tags it is tough to orientate.) Mid-weight fabric, fairly soft. Maybe a synthetic or a cotton synthetic blend. The pattern is fab - cross between goth and ren fair. Muted blues, grays, browns and red. Waist - 25, hips - 17 1/2, length - 26 1/2 (including waist band).
