Features an embroidered floral design. Lined with printed cotton and has black velvet trim. Inner circumference is approximately 20". Height: 5.4" Item shows wear that is consistent with age and use. A few marks and stains as noted in the photos. They are near the seams that attach the top of the bottom of the hat.
