Vintage Edwardian Style Cotton & Lace Tie Back Maxi Skirt/ Petticoat

She is old! I am not sure how old, but there are no identifying tags! She is adorned with beautiful Edwardian lace & pin tucked details. This garment is not perfect, but has stranded the test of time. Waist measures 26”, but can be adjusted to a larger size with a new cord.
