acorddeb I am interested in this skirt but can you adjust it to make it smaller than the 38 inches and also where does it fall to on your knees? is it a mint skirt or knee length? I'm not sure where 20 inches would fall

rubymagnolia @acorddeb it is adjustable some now but if you move the bottoms you could fit it to your size exactly, just sew them where they are needed. And since I don’t know how tall you are, I can’t say where it would fall in length, but on me it’s just above the knee. Measure from your waist down 20”l.
