Details stand out when in hand (or on head.) Grosgrain ribbons form hat band, in black and lighter brown. Works for 20s cloche too. OH....AND CONDITION? Possibly mint as it looks barely used! For smallish heads. (couldn't show it on live model, her head is too fat). 21" around on INSIDE of hat (sweatband). This will come in a hat box that will protect it during shipment and it is shown, however it is NOT IN GOOD CONDITION!. It will protect the hat during shipment, but after that you can toss it or restore it if you are ambitious! Offers OK.
