Rare set of four authentic circa-1940s carnival ring-toss figures featuring charming black-and-white panda bears with bow ties. Each figure is made of heavy cast metal, individually numbered underneath, and was likely once mounted as part of a larger carnival or midway game. The pandas retain their original painted finishes with substantial chipping, scratches, discoloration and surface wear from decades of carnival use. This wonderfully distressed condition gives them genuine folk-art character and tells the story of their working history. The original wooden tossing rings and game base are not included. A distinctive collection of early carnival memorabilia, perfect for collectors of circus and midway items, antique games, folk art or unusual advertising displays. Sold together as a set of four and presented exactly as found. Sold as set and as is
