Vintage Cigarette Holder

This is a treasure. No chips. Some of gold design in plate part is faded. Look at photos. This was sold to me by a reputable antique dealer as a cigarette holder. Some poshers have suggested to me that it is actually a lipstick holder. Either way, it is very pretty. I do not think it is a lipstick holder. The holes are about 3/8ths of an inch wide. The last photos show pencils and sample perfumes fitting in the holes. The items on the tray or table do not fit. This is all one piece…the dish is attached. The dish part will is about 5.5 inches wide.
