Vintage Ceramic Decorative Wall Decor

This is a vintage handmade wall plaque. It's from the 1970s and has a Boho feel to it. It belonged to my parents and they would keep a little sprig of dried herbs in the pouch. This is preowned and is in good condition. The measurements are 4 & 1/2-inches by 6 & 1/4-inches. The little pouch sticks out about half an inch.
