This is a new with tags, but a vintage CachCach dress that was never worn from my mom's prior baby retail store. It has obviously been discontinued and so it's a rare find. Jersey material with two flowers on the front and cute button in the back. Shoulder to Hem 21" Chest just under arm holes 12" Waist 13"
