Vintage Blue Button-Up Blouse. very nice pleating/ruching detail at the front and back panels. Even has a back neck loop to keep your scarf in place! Silky, flowy, fairly sheer and mother of pearl (or like) buttons that blend in but give a bit of pop. Sleeves puff a bit towards the cuffs. 100% polyester - no origin that I can discern. Says 4 - listing as small. Pit to pit - 22 1/2, back collar to hem - 27.
