Vintage Black Lace Up Mini Skirt Sz 5/6

Compagnie Internationale Express - Vintage Black Skirt - truly adorable! Its got a Velvety feel to it and catches the light as such. So although it looks like there may be some white marks it’s more creasing of the velvety fabric and how it’s catching the light. Very good condition!
