This chic black fascinator headband hat features a genuine black Corde' pointed caplet with delicate black netting, black and pink jeweled accents, and black silk roses, perfect for adding a touch of elegance to any outfit. Ideal for special occasions or funerals. Corde' was advertised in the 1940's as the longest wearing of all the fabrics as it’s incredibly well made and sturdy. Corde' is usually black, and the cord detailing is done in beautiful Art Deco patterns. Corde' embroidery is either rayon or silk. OSFM. Smoke-free home.
