Vintage Black Blazer Jacket White Piping Details Open Front Sz 12 Jones NY

Amazing design in this Jones New York blazer in black.  Has white piping on the edges and down the front. Open front, no buttons, lined.  The piping has a pucker on the front by the shoulder.  I'm sure it is fixable. see photos for condition and size
