Beautiful vintage floral dress by Betsey Johnson, in 100% silk. Features adjustable spaghetti straps, a wrap-effect skirt, and an attached tie belt. Size P (petite) so would be best for size 0-2. Pictured on a size 2. I am 5’8” and it hits shortly below the knee. Very good vintage condition.
