Vintage Avon #1 Nurse Tac Pin & RN Caduceus Necklace

U have a problem with fragrances, do not buy from me!* Here is a vintage Avon #1 Nurse Tac Pin & RN Caduceus Necklace. The pin has medicine bottle inscribed with “Rx” and has three rhinestones. It also has a red cross and a thermometer. The necklace is on a sterling silver chain and the round pendant looks as thought it is pewter. It has “RN” and the medical caduceus around it on both sides. It is 1/8” thick and has pink rose zircons all around it. There are in very good to excellent condition. I am now retired and no longer wearing them. The pin is 1 ½” by 1 1/8”. The circle pendant is ¾” in diameter. The chain has an 8 ½” hang. The pin is marked “Avon”, the necklace is unmarked. This tac pin I found in several places selling from $5 to $25! The necklace is no where to be found so it’s a rare bird!
