Features: Complete Kit: Still sealed on its original card (though the card shows shelf wear/age, as pictured), including the main figure unit and the Accessory Kit with 4 Propeller Blades and 1 Mounting Rod. Wind Action: When mounted, the propeller catches the breeze, causing the Dutch Girl's arm to move as if she is pouring from the watering can onto the tulips! Condition: New on card.
